Transport Policy
There are certain risks in any way of sending the package. The risks of loss or damage are the responsibility of the buyer.
Katland Studio will notify the buyer when the goods are shipped and try its best to package the goods securely before shipping.
In case of any disputes, Katland Studio reserves the right to make the final decision and no objection shall be entertained.
Return & Exchange Policy
「Return Policy」
We will not accept any returns or exchanges due to non-quality issues, non-product delivery errors, or human damage.
Since most of our products are made upon order, we do not provide refunds, only exchanges. If there are any quality issues with the products, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods and provide pictures as proof. After confirmation by our store, we will properly handle and arrange exchanges for you.
If the buyer does not apply for any return or exchange of goods within 7 days after receiving the goods, it means that the transaction of the purchased goods is completed. Katland Studio does not need to bear any responsibility and will not arrange any return or exchange of goods.
All shipping costs, duties and customs clearance fees incurred for returns or exchanges may be borne by the buyer.
All returned items are subject to inspection and Katland Studio has the final say on whether to accept returned items.
